Under NPS framework, investments made by the subscribers are managed by professional pension fund managers approved and appointed by Pension Fund Development Authority of India (PFRDA). Investment guidelines for the Pension Funds are defined by the Authority. Axis Pension Fund Management Limited is an authorized and approved Pension Fund by PFRDA. The subscribers under All citizens’ model and Corporate sector model can choose between either of Investment options i.e. Active choice or Auto choice under a Pension Fund Manager across four asset classes viz., Equities (E), Corporate Bonds (C), Government Securities (G) and Alternate Investment Funds (A) respectively.
